Summer Showcase - Styled Shoot

Wow, the summer is flying by! It's been just over a month since our summer showcase, held on the beautiful grounds of Nuneham Estate.

The day before we opened the canvas up to the public during our open weekend we held our very own styled shoot, working with some of the most amazing suppliers in the local area.

Lex from The Beautiful Due helped us bring the day to life with her amazing skills, we're now excited to share her work with everyone.

First Impressions Count...

It's safe to say our marquees look completely unique and are a real eye-catcher for guests and locals alike. We've had some great comments when build-out on-site with some people concerned we're building a house!

Based on a medieval design of a Cruck or Crook frame which has been redesigned for modern marquee use, you get a very apparent barn atmosphere once you step inside.

Cosy inside, even in winter

With window walls on 3 sides, inside, our marquees are light and welcoming. Once set up with furniture and furnishings the stage is set for a night of partying and memories being created.

During winter we can add heaters that feed directly into the marquee to ensure your guests are kept at the perfect temperature, because there's nothing worse than a cold party!

Whilst we didn't need any heaters during our shoot we did use the most amazing furniture and tableware from Options Great Hire, all styled around a natural rustic look. We loved incorporating their soapstone dining tables and coco chairs in our isles to create a welcoming space. On top of the tables the team from Options Great Hire, used hints of green and vintage cutlery to bring together their tableware offering.

Endless Photo Locations

Sometimes the saying 'hidden gem' is over used, but in the case of Nuneham Estate it really isn't. With a history dating back hundreds of years and located just 5 miles South of Oxford, the Eststae has many locations for events and photoshoots. One of those sites is an old Parrish Church, found near the entrance to the Estate this quaint yet grand building makes the perfect backdrop for a couples special day.

On top of this the Estate has the perfect event field and are in the process of renovating some old barns to be able to provide accommodation onsite for weddings and events.
